雅思口语 Part 1/2/3：组织活动、计划安排、团队合作与独立工作
课堂推进：课堂先从常见 Part 1 题目开始，练习回答正在学习的科目、最喜欢的科目、住在哪个城市，以及是否喜欢北京。
老师处理：老师逐题提问，并补充 history（历史）、geography（地理）、mathematics（数学）等科目表达；在学生说北京不适合自己时，补充了 not suitable 和 doesn't agree with me 的口语表达。

I think it was a successful event because everyone had fun.
I would feel very anxious. When I am not well prepared, I don't know what to do next. I also don't have enough time to think, so I might make mistakes. For example, when I go on a trip, I like to plan everything before I go. I book the hotels, find the restaurants, and make a plan for the attractions I want to visit. I might not follow the plan exactly, but at least I have something in mind, and that gives me a sense of safety.
Parents can do two things. First, they can set a good role model. They can show their children how to organize an event and do it together with them. Second, parents can give their children feedback. When their children do a good job organizing something, parents should praise them and tell them they are doing a good job. When their children do not do well, parents should remind them, encourage them, and support them.
Today I would like to talk about a group project I did in senior year. The project was about international issues and perspectives. We needed to draw a poster and give a presentation. There were four people in our group. One of them was my friend, and the other two were my classmates. I was responsible for drawing because I was an art student in high school. At first, I felt happy because my group members trusted me and encouraged me. However, there was a big problem. One group member almost didn't do anything. He came two hours late in the morning, left before dinner, and only colored a small part of our poster. The next day was the deadline, so the other three of us had to stay up late to finish the poster, but he left. That made me very angry, and I felt it was unfair.
Some people prefer to work by themselves because they think working individually is more efficient. In a group, some members may be lazy or may not do their part, so the work becomes slower. Also, some jobs require people to focus deeply. For example, a researcher doing research in a lab, a computer programmer writing complicated code, a painter painting a large piece of art, or a writer writing a novel may not need to work in a group. For them, group work may distract them and make them less productive.
