以下为按课堂已讲方向整理的课后复习改进版:保留 Luna同学“结合两种方式”的立场,并严格围绕题目中的 digital photos, blogs, printed albums, diaries, graduation 和 wedding ceremony 展开。
Some people believe that modern technology, such as digital photos and blogs, is the best way to record important events like graduations and wedding ceremonies. Others still prefer traditional methods, including printed albums and diaries. In my view, a combined approach is the best solution because both methods have clear strengths and weaknesses.
Digital records are useful because they are easy to store and share. For example, after a graduation ceremony, students can keep a large number of digital photos without printing every single one. They can also share these photos or write a blog post for relatives who live far away. This makes the memory easier to spread and keeps the cost relatively low. However, digital records also have risks. Files may be lost when a device breaks, and private photos or personal blogs may be exposed online if people do not protect them carefully.
Traditional methods also have their own value. Printed albums and handwritten diaries can give people a stronger personal touch. When someone turns the pages of a wedding album or reads a diary written after a graduation ceremony, the experience may feel more focused and emotional than looking at a screen. At the same time, traditional records are not perfect. They take up physical space and can also be damaged or lost.
Therefore, people should not rely on only one method. They can keep most records in digital forms for convenience and sharing, while printing the most meaningful photos or writing private reflections in a diary. In this way, modern technology and traditional methods can work as backups for each other and help people preserve important memories more safely.
