I think my dad is successful for several reasons. First, he is very outgoing. He likes to talk to people and make friends. He is good at maintaining relationships with his partners, employees, and customers. Second, he is very motivated and has clear goals. He works hard to achieve his goals.
Running a business is not easy. Sometimes he has to work long hours, even on weekends. Sometimes he travels to other cities for business, so I do not get to see him for days. However, he still tries to spend as much time as he can with our family.
