听觉词汇与日常作业方法

Part One 第2题：日期陷阱

Part One 第7题：employee benefits 同义替换

课堂推进：第7题考查员工福利的具体内容。老师指出答案词是 transport（交通），并说明学生写的 church 是因为把 free accommodation（免费住宿）和 benefits（福利）混在了一起。

老师处理：回放答案句，解释 benefits 的同义替换是具体的福利细节，对比 free accommodation 和 free transport。

课堂推进：第9题 resume 学生拼对；第10题 color photo 因连读被误写成 colored for。老师再次强调“所听即所得”，不要改变词性，不要脑补。

老师处理：表扬 resume 拼写正确；回放 color photo 连读，解释 color 在此作形容词修饰 photo。

老师处理：逐句解释 safety → however 否定 → instead of 排除 speed/cost → prioritize comfort → additionally structure/design 的转折链。

Hi, I'm Yaxuan. In today's listening class, I learned that all 40 listening questions have the same value. To get a 6, I need about 23 to 24 correct answers. My first-exam goal is 6 to 6.5 in listening. Reading and listening are the two subjects that pull my overall score up, so I should practice them every day, little by little.

Part 1 is supposed to be easy, and I should try to get all ten questions right. For example, when the question asks for a start date, I must listen for the real start date, not the first date I hear. The audio said the resort opens on the tenth next month, but the job starts on the next day, the eleventh of July. So the answer is eleventh July, not August.

For Question 7, the key words were special benefits. The audio said free accommodation and free transport for employees. The answer is transport, not church. I should write exactly what I hear.

Question 10 was about a color photo. The speaker said a color photo of you, but I wrote colored for because color and photo are linked together. I should remember: do not change the word form. Color is an adjective here, and it modifies photo. So the answer is color photo.

In Part 2 matching questions, I should use the note-taking method. Before the audio plays, I quickly read options A to G and mark simple words like 价低 for cheap price, 修 for repair, and 租 for rent. When the audio plays, I watch the question numbers, not the options. I write down key words like university, durability, strength, or rent. Then I match my notes to the options.

For multiple-choice questions, I should listen for signal words. When I hear I have noticed that, I know the speaker is giving an important point. However often means a turn or negation. Instead of or rather than tells me the following idea is not the answer. It is advisable to and additionally often introduce the real answers.

Finally, my teacher said I do not listen enough. Listening is like dancing or drawing: if I want real progress, I need to listen every day, not just once a week. I will use the mock exam software to get used to the real test screen, finish my school listening tasks, and review my vocabulary lists in the listening space station. I will spend more time on Part 3 and Part 4, but I will still keep Part 1 and Part 2 stable.
